Yoga For Everyone is a gentle yoga featuring a focus on slow, steady movements and conscious breathing. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and be sure to bring a mat and some water.

This is a program for adults (ages 18+) and childcare is not provided. We apologize for any inconvenience.
