Caring for the Caregiver - Caregiver Support Group, a welcoming space to share experiences, find encouragement, and connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving. Sessions offer conversation, resources, and mutual support. The group is facilitated by Erica Stack,  National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
