Plant a Seed, Read! 3D Printing Lab
In this hands‑on workshop, kids will explore how big ideas can grow from tiny beginnings—just like our summer reading theme! Participants will customize colorful filament and choose a miniature design for the 3D printer to bring to life. While waiting for their print to grow layer by layer, they can get creative with 3D Doodler pens.
A short, kid‑friendly presentation will introduce the “big picture” of 3D printing, and a mini exhibit will showcase how this amazing technology is used in the real world. Everyone will take home their finished miniature and a new spark of curiosity.
